Thought for the Day – 03 November 2015

Thought for the Day

Subtle or outgoing, nothing you do, say or think can be hidden from God.  He can see you, hear you and know you.  Those sins you do, great or small, is open to His eyes.  He knows when you lie, cheat or even tell the truth.  His Word is our judge.  If we recognize our frailties and deficiencies through His Word and are willing to repent and humble ourselves, He can and will restore us.  He is always ready to welcome us home.

Hebrews 4:12; “12For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.”

When should we do this?  The Word says now – TODAY!

Hebrews 3:7; “7Wherefore (as the Holy Ghost saith, To day if ye will hear his voice,”

Hebrews 3:15; “15While it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation.”

Hebrews 4:7; “7Again, he limiteth a certain day, saying in David, To day, after so long a time; as it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts.”

If you are in need, don’t wait any longer.  Let the power of the Word of God enter into your life today.  Surrender all control to the Holy Spirit. He will guide you to a true and honorable life.

John 16:13’ “13Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth:…”

He is our Shepherd!

Psalms 23:1 – 6; “1    The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. 2    He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. 3    He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. 4    Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. 5    Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. 6    Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.”
