Thought for the Day

Over the years, I have observed that life has had more value when one has been concerned with the lives of others….by means of friendship, love, compassion, and even with indignation.

Zechariah 7:9-10; 9Thus speaketh the LORD of hosts, saying, Execute true judgment, and show mercy and compassions every man to his brother: 10And oppress not the widow, nor the fatherless, the stranger, nor the poor; and let none of you imagine evil against his brother in your heart.”

Deuteronomy 10:18;18He doth execute the judgment of the fatherless and widow, and loveth the stranger, in giving him food and raiment.”

Mark 12:31; “31And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.”
